The Sr. Campaign Manager develops and manages multiple fast-moving, high-impact campaigns to drive sales, both net new logos and cross-sell/up-sell, with a focus on meeting global pipeline and revenue goals and continuously improving return on spend. The right candidate has experience selling web and email security solutions to IT decision-makers, must get up to speed quickly, integrate into our processes, and build relationships that help get campaigns live and results measured. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Create overall campaign strategy based on sales goals and focusing on security implications in cloud, web and email, particularly in the transformative cloud environment
  • Own and implement multifaceted marketing campaigns, from strategy through execution
  • Define content strategy and behavior-based triggers using segmentation and customer lifecycle events
  • Partner with channel marketing and regional marketing managers, product marketing, Marketing Ops, content team, web/digital team, to implement marketing programs. Building trusted relationships through communication and collaboration is key to success in this role
  • Act as “owner” for solution campaigns, working with the creative team to produce programs including but not limited to: New asset creation (white paper, brochure); digital marketing and advertising programs; email engagement, and coordinating with PR, web, and global regions in planning.
  • Monitor campaign results and impact on pipeline goals, recommending programs and processes to improve ROI
  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, SOW (scope of work) / budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the fields of marketing or communications
  • Eight years of experience in marketing campaign strategy, management and execution
  • Strong organizational, project and program management skills
  • Ability to interpret campaign results and recommend improvements
  • Executable knowledge of best practices in B2B demand generation
  • Experience in marketing to IT decision-makers
  • Experience in web and/or email security preferred
  • Experience in marketing to enterprise buyer preferred

We are located in the North Austin area by The Domain, off of Braker between Mopac and 183. Our office patio overlooks Quarry Lake.
