Who you are:

The Director of Demand Creation will lead a team of demand marketers focused on helping to achieve Invicti’s growth strategy through account-based marketing, traditional demand nurture, customer marketing, and segment-specific marketing. The Director of Demand Creation will partner closely with our outbound, enterprise sales, and channel organizations to ensure that marketing programs are fully integrated across the buyer journey and that marketing outcomes deliver on our pipeline and revenue goals. 

They will also work closely with product marketing to ensure that messaging and core value stories are communicated effectively and cohesively across integrated marketing programs, and to leverage buyer, market, and competitive insights to further improve demand creation performance. The Demand Creation team collaborates extensively with counterparts in web, design, paid media, content, and PR/communications. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and mentor a team of demand marketers, helping them to expand their skills and increase their effectiveness, while also helping them achieve their own professional development goals
  • With the team, design and orchestrate a wide range of integrated marketing programs to address buyers at every stage of the journey, from assembling a consideration set to renewal and advocacy
  • With the team, design strategy and ensure effective execution of our ABM-centric demand creation programs, in close partnership with sales and outbound
  • Design and own the demand creation budget, allocating programs based on outcomes, managing and reporting spend and ROI. 
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing operations, web, design, content, and communications colleagues to ensure cohesion and integration of key storylines across the funnel
  • Recommend demand creation KPIs, track and report performance metrics to the business 

What you’ll need:

  • 5-10 years in marketing, demand generation, or product marketing roles 
  • 3+ years of people management experience and a demonstrated track record of effectively leading and growing high-performing teams
  • Experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing to a developer, IT, security, or other technical audience 
  • A deep understanding of how marketing tactics and channels should work together to move leads into a sales-ready state, including web, paid media, in-product messaging, email, webinars, content, etc.
  • Ability to deeply understand buyer personas and journeys and develop knowledge of the cybersecurity industry
  • Conversant with marketing technology tools including email marketing, ABM platforms, web chat, and CRM; able to specify the business requirements for how they should be orchestrated
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating deeply with sales and customer success colleagues to drive and deliver on a cohesive GTM vision
