Ecommerce Marketing Operations Manager - Remote (Marketo, SFDC)
About the Role
The Ecommerce Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing technology integrations and workflows that automate the movement of data through critical points of the buyer’s journey. As a key leader of the eCommerce Operations team, the Senior Integrations Specialist focuses on:
Building automated campaigns, emails and landing pages to support eCommerce activities
Defining, developing, and optimizing workflows between Marketo and Salesforce to automate all stages of the eCommerce funnel
Managing data integration projects with media and advertising platforms, such as Demandbase, TechTarget, 6sense, LinkedIn, Google Ads, DV360, and SA360
Onboarding new Store offerings into existing eCommerce system integrations across product, ecommerce, CRM, and MAP
Conducting testing, data validation, and troubleshooting of end-to-end workflows to ensure proper execution and data capture
Understanding eCommerce attribution, analytics, and data engineering systems and processes to inform technology workflows and integrations
The Ecommerce Marketing Operations Manager is an action-oriented individual with excellent problem solving skills, able to quickly comprehend and adapt to emerging priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
What You’ll Need
3-5 years of experience as a power user of a MAP with CRM integration; Marketo with Salesforce preferred
Proven experience in a marketing operations role that includes campaign execution, tracking, and reporting
Demonstrated skill managing technology project scheduling and communications to meet deadlines
Proven ability to manage project scheduling and communications to meet deadlines
Strong communication and organization skills
Strong skills with Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach
Experience with Demandbase, 6sense, Bizible, GA, DOMO, Asana a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
