Sr. Manager, Emerging Marketing Strategy

The CRM Engagement Marketing team is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own the consumer-focused strategy for Sellers & Digital Transactions . We are a high performing team that is excited to execute new marketing programs across email, app, and web. You’ll be responsible for strategizing consumer lifecycle programs across channels to guide consumers on their journey to sell their home and find the right digital transaction products to fit their needs. You will be the strategy lead for these critical emerging lines of business, generating campaign ideas and bringing them to life. You will partner closely with the Emerging business team, Creative Services, Data Science, and Analytics to strategize, project manage, execute, and report on campaigns to drive seller and digital transaction product engagement. We’re looking for a dedicated team player who is driven towards innovating, testing and optimizing results. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional collaborator, tactical executioner and consumer-focused fanatic who can drive forward multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have technical and analytical skills to design solutions that help frame a positive user journey, and a track record of working closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement them. What you will do?
- Create and execute lifecycle roadmap in partnership with leadership and deliver actionable insights that contribute to business growth and KPI goals related to sellers and digital transactions.
- Establish strong relationships cross-functionally across marketing, creative services, product, analytics, and data science to drive forward CRM initiatives.
- Brief in new project requests to the Creative Services team.
- Project manage CRM campaigns from ideation through to execution and results.
- Engage with Analytics and Consumer Research teams to derive further insights. Work with Emerging leaders and marketing/product managers to share campaign results and apply learnings.
- Create presentation decks that document and summarize key test results.
What will you bring?
- Previous CRM strategy experience ideally in an omnichannel environment (experience in multiple channels—email, web, and app preferred).
- Experience in consumer segmentation strategy.
- Action-oriented and able to act intuitively, while following established processes.
- Data-driven, with the ability to summarize and communicate test ideas and results.
- Fast learner and self-starter with strong time management skills.
- Strong computer skills; proficient with spreadsheets and creating slide decks.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or analytics.
- 6-8 years relevant experience Detail-oriented and concise

- Strong analytical skills, including experience with consumer segmentation, tracking results and interpreting key learnings.
