The Challenge
The Adobe Education campaign marketing team is seeking an experienced marketer who can build and lead programs from vision to reality, grow our brand differentiation and drive B2B sales and preference for Creative Cloud (Including: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) & Document Cloud (Sign/Acrobat).
This role requires a passion for combining creativity with analytics to drive material results and strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional partnerships with product, agencies, regional, and cross-channel marketing teams.
In this role, you will define the strategy, ideate and execute global marketing plans that increase awareness, grow demand, and drive adoption of Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.
You will do this by building annual marketing plans, and closely partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, Go To Market, Channel Marketing (Social, PR, Demand, SEO, Search, Website etc), and regional teams on launch global campaigns into the market.
Using data analytics, you will evaluate the performance of your marketing efforts, and uncover insights and opportunities to reach more people in a more effective way.
Skills for Success:
  • BS/BA with 10+ years marketing or advertising experience (B2B, bonus: B2C), MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in people management.
  • Strategic problem solver, translating strategy into creative execution
  • Understanding of B2B sales teams process
  • Customer-centric approach: Creating the content the audience is looking for and optimizing the path for sales/channel
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals. Defines and communicates the strategic priorities, roles and responsibilities vital to achieve a vision
  • Analytical orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations
  • Attention to detail with strong project management capabilities
