Sr. Manager, Product Marketing

We are looking for an astute, consultative, and tech savvy Sr. Manager, Product Marketing. In this role, you will establish product marketing practices, leading a team of storytellers that will inspire our global community through compelling content to grow awareness, educate, and engage our user community.
Reporting to the VP of Product & Strategy, you will work closely with product managers, delivery managers, and other key partners across the team.
What You Will Do:
Strategic Consulting: Work as a trusted advisor to define marketing strategies. You’ll also collaborate with senior leaders to develop the top-level messaging about the team’s offerings.
Messaging: Develop engaging product messaging platforms that differentiate our products and clearly communicate the value to our partners based on their needs and unique opportunities.
Product & Program Campaigns: Develop end-to-end product launch plans, as well as ongoing product marketing, setting goals for each launch and defining programs to reach them. You will also spearhead the development of materials in support of our product marketing, including videos, newsletter articles, blog posts, presentations, emails, and more - optimizing channels using data to understand effectiveness and drive investment.
Product Enablement: Support product launches and education events, driving strong interest and attendance through creative promotion, seamless delivery, and user-centric content.
External Content: Drive curation of external opportunities for our team to share their expertise (e.g., EG Tech Blog, conferences, publications, etc.), ensuring alignment to corporate messaging and policies, while providing resources and coaching to help ensure the best representation of Expedia.
Frameworks & Repeatable Processes: Bring structure, clarity, clear guidelines, and measurement to support high-quality execution, along with tools to aid in self-service communication by others across the broader organization.
People Development: Coach and mentor communicators and product partners through both daily execution and longer-term skill-building to enable greater contributions, support career goals and develop product marketing gurus.
Who You Are:
Seasoned product marketer and storyteller that knows how to make complex messages compelling and easy to understand
Innovative, constantly thinking of new ways to achieve desired outcomes and passionate about building things from scratch
Analytically-minded, using data analysis to make informed decisions and employ a structured approach to problem-solving
Team-centric and comfortable working across global teams to inspire, empower, and coach others, driving up overall team proficiency around communication and storytelling
Proactive, with the drive and determination to succeed despite ambiguity
What You Bring:
5+ years in a product marketing role – B2B environment preferred
Success launching and driving adoption of new products
Delivered results leading matrixed teams and providing regular challenges to grow skills and multiply impact
Bachelor's degree – Marketing, English, Journalism or similar focus preferred
