As a customer centric organization, we are searching for a marketer who is a champion of driving growth and maintaining a brand our customers love. You have a proven ability to quickly adapt and translate brand objectives into actionable marketing strategies and go-to-market programs. You must be comfortable launching and optimizing campaigns at scale, effectively handling the day-to-day tactical execution across various channels to drive new customers along with retargeting existing customers in order to hit growth goals.
Iris Telehealth’s Sr. Marketing Coordinator is a metrics-oriented person with the ability to measure and track all marketing activity over time, drill down complex programs and translate marketing analytics. You can recognize trends and develop a proven process for future program iterations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Subject matter expert for marketing automation, multi-channel demand generation/nurturing, email and database marketing strategy, and conference planning/execution
- Utilize multiple traditional and digital methods to generate leads for sales
- Effectively lead conference planning, SEO/SEM, social, self-sourcing, list and acquisition management
- Effectively develop lead intelligence, dynamic workflows and lead scoring
- Work with the sales team to understand the quality of MQLs, encourage follow up with customers and prospects, and ensure funnel progress is being captured and recorded
- Manage day-to-day of paid search program focusing on driving qualified traffic and converting to qualified leads
- Implement and continually test for increased efficiency through testing and budget reallocation
- Source and manage relationships with lead generation partners
- Engage users through the website, social media, and email with useful, shareworthy content
- Liaison for marketing department to sales, and customer success
- Manage and liaise with outside vendors for tradeshows and offline advertising needs
- Take on and manage additional specialized programs to support marketing business needs
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, digital/offline marketing, demand generation, and performance
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Direct SEO/SEM experience – managing PPC campaigns
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or Zoho (preferred)
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a desire to meet/exceed deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
It would be nice if you have:
- Experience with B2B marketing in a successful, high-growth small company ($5-50M in revenue, key player in that growth)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Google certifications: Search, display, mobile, Analytics
- Proven SEO experience - AngularJS websites a plus
- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
- Led marketing “projects” and has been the primary driver of getting these projects completed in a fast-paced environment (either one-person show or part of small team of 2-5)
- Data-driven decision making and performance optimization
- Deliver best practices for marketing program recommendations to support sales, partners, and online demand creation
- Comprehensive show/event management beginning at research level pre-approval status, through planning and execution of trade shows and the final after-action review following each show/event, and appropriate archiving of show/event information
