We are looking for a driven marketing professional to join our Escapia software and Multi-Family Marketing team. This Sr. Manager role offers the opportunity for you to have an immediate impact by managing the B2B acquisition efforts of Escapia software and at the same time developing the new multi-family acquisition efforts. You’ll be at the forefront of driving the new customer acquisition strategy, coordinating events and driving marketing efforts for the team moving forward.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a small yet dynamic team in driving real business growth for Escapia - the market leading property management software. Working closely with the sales organization and Product Marketing partners, you will help achieve new sales growth targets and develop a multi-channel acquisition strategy for the brand. 

This role will also work with the new multi-family market segment in developing similar acquisition efforts to drive business growth for the long term urban multi-family division.

What you’ll do

  • Push the limits of Escapia by thinking on how to reach the targeted audience and efficiently track all marketing acquisition efforts

  • Set budget and acquisition goals together with Sales and Product Marketing organization

  • Ensure that the acquisition budget and efforts meets the ROI goals of our campaigns

  • Test and learn into optimizing the lead generation funnel for the sales teams

  • Lead work with several cross-departmental teams, including but not limited to Product Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Business Analytics, Retail, Sales, Product and development teams to collaborate on ideas, implement testing and evaluate results

  • Work within the Global Integrated Property Management organization and Escapia team to develop a best in class acquisition program

  • Build and present reports on channel performance and lead communication with leaders on business expectations

Who you are

You’ll fit this role if you have

  • Experience managing people and working with cross-functional teams in a larger organization

  • Proven ability to succeed in a B2B or B2C acquisition environment; SEM and lead generation experience needed

  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to drive marketing decisions

  • Autonomy, self-motivation, hands-on attitude, attention to details characterize your style of action

  • Experience in driving leads via events, webinars, online marketing, social media and other channels

  • You are excited and motivated by a dynamic environment, working with a small and nimble team

  • You are humble, able to develop strong working relationships with internal peers and external partners, and able to get agreement in a non-authority relationship

  • Phenomenal communication, presentation, and social skills. Be comfortable delivering presentations to senior level executives

  • Proficient MS Excel; pivot tables and basic excel functions

  • Knowledge, passion and/or experience of travel industry, property management a plus
