Job Description

We're looking for a Sr. Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will drive the creation of our highest-profile global launches, events, and content in support of our strategic objectives.

As a Sr. Marketing Project Manager, you will partner with stakeholders across the Marketing organization and the wider company to help deliver success. You will combine great interpersonal skills, a process-oriented mindset, and marketing experience to support the development, planning, and execution of major programs and projects. You will help us to develop and refine scalable processes and recommend ways to improve.

This is a rare opportunity to work with high-achieving marketers including Procore's Global Creative, Web Development, Campaigns, Customer, Automation, and Communications teams, and be a part of their rapidly scaling success.

The position reports to the Marketing Project Management Office Senior Manager and can be based remotely, or out of the Carpinteria, CA office. We're looking for candidates to join our team immediately!

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and manage all phases of projects and programs in various tracking technologies, communication channels, and cadenced meetings, as needed

• Develop detailed project plans, manage changes, identify risks, and provide mitigation recommendations; raise issues as appropriate

• Track program inter-dependencies, achievements, and deliverables across various projects to ensure successful project implementation and roll-out

• Continuously drive insights and improvements to existing processes and procedures

• Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved

• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of relevant B2B (ideally enterprise) work experience, such as project management, program development, client strategy, or other task-related roles

• BS/BA in business, marketing, economics, or similar.

• Experience working in SAAS, digital agency, or corporate marketing

• Familiarity with various project management methodologies

• Project Management software experience (Workfront, Asana, Jira)

• Vendor Management experience is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas (verbally and in writing) to all types of functions and levels
