GoDaddy’s Services group provides hands-on website design and online marketing services to small businesses and individuals globally. From site creation and maintenance to social media marketing and more, we’re helping to ensure even the smallest of ventures has the help they need to have an amazing, effective online presence. 
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll grow the Website Design Services by driving product and marketing strategy, including developing a deep understanding of our target customer, partnering with product management, operations, and go to market teams to develop and launch new products & features, both in the US and internationally.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll grow the Website Design Services by driving product and marketing strategy, including developing a deep understanding of our target customer, partnering with product management, operations, and go to market teams to develop and launch new products & features, both in the US and internationally.

Responsibilities:​

  • Customer insights – segment the market and develop customer insights and analysis through self driven research or partnering with the research team.

  • Product positioning – drives research and testing to deliver high confidence, differentiated product positioning to guide product development, regional advertising, and sales enablement.

  • Product go to market input – partner with the go to market teams and provide key input on the customer target and product value proposition to launch new services.

  • Pricing and packaging – develop strategies to developing compelling pricing and plan tiers that make sense to customers and achieves business goals.

  • Market intelligence – be the expert on everyday entrepreneurs, how they evaluate and buy websites and online marketing services; be the expert on the competition and how to beat them.

  • Develop and build strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders in an effort to collaborate and drive the overall business

  • Sales enablement input - Partner with channel management by providing input to create collateral, promotions, training, and tools to drive growth and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of product marketing or related experience to small businesses or consumers (non-enterprise sales); previous experience with web/software applications, human-powered services or CPG a huge plus

  • Strong experience in developing simple, consumer-oriented messaging and positioning for software and services based on market research and insights

  • A customer-centric view with a passion for gaining customer insights and translating insights into strategies and executions

  • Proven ability to use data to define and target high propensity customer segments.

  • Experience testing marketing hypotheses in market and iterating on learnings to amplify results.

  • Solid analytical ability, with track record of “test & learn” mindset

  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply

  • MBA preferred
