Prospera is searching for a VP of Marketing.

As the VP of Marketing, your main goal will be to develop a strategic channel approach and digital experience to achieve those objectives. You will be accountable to drive paid media strategy, execution and optimization, while creating a consistent and connected experience for prospects and customers across online/offline channels and devices.

Responsibilities:

As our VP Marketing, you will:

• Design and implement a channel strategy to drive the line of business growth and deliver an innovative customer experience, that tells our brand story, acquires and engages high value accounts, and meets product growth and adoption goals. 
• Have deep understanding of market, competitive positioning, and key business issues faced by customers and dealers and prospects to support strategy and messaging. 
• Collaborate with lines of business and other key stakeholders within the company on driving acquisition, acceleration, and expansion.
• Work with technical stakeholders to establish technology requirements that support channel strategy, drive innovation and engagement, and improve overall experience.
• Test, measure, and analyze performance across all channels, to optimize strategy and experience.
• Team with agency partners, managing paid media strategy, testing & optimization, go to market timelines and measurement and reporting. 
• Stay on top of trends and leading practices in channel marketing to drive innovation and stakeholder enablement.
• Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team that is innovative and collaborative

• Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) and 8+ years of experience
• Proven experience in building marketing strategy from scratch, more than once.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and extract insights from multiple, complex data sources
• Strong writing, editing, and communications skills
