As Enterprise Web Strategist for Blackbaud, you will support the Global Marketing Center of Excellence delivering a leading online engagement experience and best-in-class marketing, leveraging Blackbaud.com and strategic microsites that serve free-standing brands (ex. Blackbaud Institute, npEngage, etc.) This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Informing strategy, standards, development and ongoing optimization of Blackbaud’s global web properties, including Blackbaud.com and strategic microsites that serve free-standing brands (ex. Blackbaud Institute, npEngage, etc.)
  • Partnering with Corporate IT, Engineering and Customer Ops on strategies and new innovations that will enhance the Blackbaud.com user experience, both for prospects and the logged in experience for Blackbaud's cloud customers
  • Act as the point of contact for all stakeholder Web requests across the company including bug fixes, enhancements, and feature development
  • Driving the process to scope and prioritize key platform enhancements and projects
  • Partnering with Corporate Marketing front-end developers and business analysts to lead and manage bi-weekly sprint cycles following agile methodologies
  • Managing subcontractors and third-party vendors related to the Platforms work stream - such as relationship management, deliverables and budget
  • Leading the definition and improvement of internal processes as they relate to Blackbaud.com and strategic microsites that serve free-standing brands. This includes understanding business opportunities, understanding the front-end technical landscape, and defining solutions that will support the digital team in achieving their objectives
  • Developing and rolling out company-wide Web analytics program in partnership with Marketing Sciences team

Experience:

  • PMP certification, preferred
  • Agile software development experience, preferred
  • Experience with Sitefinity CMS or related enterprise CMS
  • Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution models, e.g., full path, W model, preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 8 + years in digital marketing and managing enterprise Websites for B2B technology companies in a global context
  • Ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of Internet Marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth; Strong understanding of diverse channels that drive traffic and conversion
  • Experience managing both Web developers and clients and/or stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing sciences related to digital, including: omnichannel marketing, SEO, search marketing/AdWords, internet advertising, etc.
  • Experience with web analytics tools
