As Rapid7’s Workplace Experience Manager, you will lead our North America team in providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests and employees.
Essential Responsibilities
Direct manager for North America regional Workplace Experience team including:
Ongoing learning and development support
Ongoing feedback
Coverage planning
Headcount planning
Ownership over consistency of daily operations within your region, as well as to global sites
Initiation and project management for new global initiatives
Ownership and management of regional OpEx budget
Data management
Headcounts
Seating and capacity planning
Budget tracking
Utilization sensor requests
Daily operations - local Austin office
Vendor management
Maintenance & repairs
Shipping
Security processes
Space planning
Office events and office vibe projects
Emergency preparedness
Guest/visitor experience oversight
New hire onboarding experience
While the office is closed due to the pandemic, you will also be in charge of:
Ongoing office engagement and virtual events
Return to workplace planning and implementation
