The Marketplace Enterprise Feed Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of premier marketplace clients and driving successful feed initiatives across major Marketplace channels like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This role blends technical acumen with client relationship expertise to deliver best-in-class feed performance, strategic insights, and ongoing value. The ideal candidate excels at managing complex accounts, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating closely with internal onboarding and support teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage a book of business of (14) + clients, 150+ monthly hours, or the equivalent of $40K–$50K MRR.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned premier marketplace clients, acting as a Feedonomics representative and trusted advisor.

  • Improve revenue retention rates for your book of business by building strong referenceable working relationships with your clients from entry level to executive leaders.

  • Lead strategic monthly client meetings, sharing audit findings, resolving feed issues, and identifying areas for growth and channel expansion.

  • Collaborate with onboarding teams during client handoff and support continuity across the client lifecycle.

  • Work closely with support teams to execute client deliverables, prepare delegable tasks, and ensure timely resolution of feed issues.

  • Improve feed quality and performance using tools like data validation, FeedQA, FeedAI, FeedAMP, and FeedGrader.

  • Deliver Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) that demonstrate service value, drive client retention, and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Proactively flag attrition indicators and engage leadership for risk mitigation.

  • Complete monthly Client Excellence Board updates, documenting account reviews, wins, and strategic notes.

  • Submit feature and channel requests through the Product & Engineering process on behalf of clients.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, Slack channels, and cross-functional collaboration spaces.

  • Provide peer coverage and support during team member absences.

  • Meet or exceed all KPIs as outlined by the department.

Who You Are:
  • 3+ years experience with marketplace account management, focus on managing product feeds and data

  • Familiarity with custom preprocessing and advanced import types (XML, JSON, NDJSON)

  • Proficient in managing API-based imports from platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, SFCC, or custom sources

  • Strong understanding of key online marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target+, and others

  • Comfortable using marketplace portals (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to build client trust and manage complex stakeholder relationships

  • Strong task management, delegation, and prioritization abilities

  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative team spirit

  • Embraces and reflects Feedonomics' core values: Customer Compass, Own it to Win it, Keep it Real Always, and Stronger Together

  • Comfortable using G Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Monday.com, Toggl, Hubspot, Zoho

  • Basic AI tool proficiency (e.g., Gemini) for task efficiency

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Ability to work 8 am- 5 pm PST required

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
