We are currently looking for an Office Administrator for our Austin Headquarters! As the Office Administrator, your goal is to help keep our office organized, secure, and operational.
This role is onsite in Austin.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage security registration procedures.
  • Maintain appearance of lobby, conference rooms, and breakrooms.
  • Help manage the upkeep, inventory, and stock for breakrooms and supply areas.
  • Facilities administration, including interaction our building engineer, security officers, and various other onsite vendors that ensure to functionality, safety, and wellbeing of the office.
  • Answer all department emails in a timely and efficient manner.
  • General administrative support for office services, including shipping and package handling, mail sorting, and answering phone calls.
  • Respond and track facilities trouble tickets via ServiceNow.
  • Organize reports and prepare presentations as needed.
  • Help with event planning including coordinating vendors, organizing calendars, and assisting with meeting space set-up.
  • Assist in the research, development, and execution of facilities-based projects.
  • Assist with other tasks to support the cleanliness, functionality, and security of the facility as determined by the Facility Manager.


Skills/Abilities desired:

  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision.
  • Confident, professional demeanor and ability to maintain composure in a busy environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to show initiative; enthusiasm when taking on new projects and responsibilities.
  • Discretion; must maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer.
  • 2+ years equitable work experience preferred


Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint's differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$30,450 - $43,500 - $56,550
Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
