Job Overview
As a Client Success Manager for Gembah, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while guiding them through their product development journey. We are looking for experienced CSMs with exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for going above and beyond to create an extraordinary client experience.
Your Role
Manage a book of client accounts and successfully retain their business
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients, understanding their business strategy and KPIs
Proactively anticipate client needs and look for ways to continually add value to their accounts
Identify and execute upsell opportunities
Coordinate the resolution of customer issues
Work as a client advocate during each step in their customer journey and safeguard their best interests
Work collaboratively with our overseas, design, and sales teams
Achieve gross retention and growth targets.
Communicate customer needs to product management succinctly
Optimize existing processes within Gembah and actively improve all Client Success initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Customer success management experience from onboarding customers through adoption, retention, and account growth
Manufacturing and/or Product Development Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
Bilingual is a plus
Experience with SalesForce, Slack, and Microsoft Office
