Administrative Assistant
About the Role
CrowdStrike is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with day-to-day operations of the company. The successful candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
We are open to candidates in one of our West Coast Office Locations: Sunnyvale, CA, Irvine, CA, El Segundo, CA or Kirkland, WA. We are also open to remote candidates based in the West Coast/Mountain Time Zones.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for multiple VPs across varying time zones.
- Actively manages and maintains schedules and calendars for department VPs.
- Organizes and schedules team and cross-functional meetings; may be asked to take meeting minutes and track items for follow-up.
- Organizes and manages logistics for offsite meetings: sources hotels, manages room blocks, schedules team building activities, assists with travel, catering, etc.
- Builds rapport within the organization and positions self as the first line of defense for all inquiries; routes questions to the appropriate individuals and works with others effectively to exchange information.
- Actively engages with VP’s and their direct reports to ensure alignment of priorities and open communication paths.
- Schedules domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures; proactively addresses all aspects of travel such as security and threat levels, currency, weather, culture and locale to ensure VP’s effective use of time and resources to promote productivity.
- Prepares expense reports and assists with other expense-related issues.
- Manages requisition and purchase order requests.
- Performs general administrative activities including screening and directing incoming email, composing and typing general correspondence.
- General research and presentation preparation as needed.

- Prior administrative experience
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to perform job tasks outside of job description when necessary
- Demonstrates confidence, composure and professionalism
- Ability to problem solve
- Effectively manages projects, meets deadlines and reprioritizes as needed; follow through on commitments
- Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with attention to detail
