What Your Days Will Be Like: 

In this role, you will support three, possibly 4, senior executives: Senior Vice President, Human Resources (based in Austin); General Manager of HomePay (based in NYC + Austin); General Manager of Senior Care (based in NYC).

What You'll Be Working On: 

  • Manage professional scheduling, calendar management, conference room booking, & expense reports for three or four Executives
  • Support these three or four Executives, plus offer in-person support (printing/lunches/meetings help) for CFO and any Executives visiting the Care Headquarters in Austin
  • Manage, coordinate, & arrange travel and travel-related logistics, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
  • Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Superb written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail & time-management skills
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office + Google Drive
  • Experience with Egencia or another travel booking site
  • Experience with Workday or other online expense reporting software
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • Ability to keep company confidences
