Assistant Manager, Call Center
Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking friendly and motivated Sales Development Reps / Inside Sales Reps. This person will form the first impression to many of our prospective customers and should be able to provide excellent customer service.
This is a B2C opportunity, and leads are pre-qualified. You will place outbound calls to, and receive inbound calls from, warm leads. Prospective clients are interested in taking advantage of membership and/or service promotions for both soon-to-open and existing stores.

Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor a team of agents by delivering ongoing coaching, analyzing conversion metrics, and making recommendations to increase effectiveness.
- Deploy leadership techniques to help the team achieve metrics.
- Onboard and train new agents, ensuring all brand standards are met.
- The Team Lead will also conduct calls and have individual sales goals & KPIs.
- Maintain a consistent level of activity and performance based on the expected KPIs of the role
- Nurture existing contacts with phone calls, emails, and text messages and follow up in accordance with a prescribed frequency
- Qualify and educate leads on offerings based on specific campaigns
- Maintain current product knowledge of all Restore modalities and educate potential clients on those modalities
- Present a clear, articulate summary of progress and findings within a store's region including products in use and common objections
Qualifications:
- Weekend availability is required.
- Strong organizational skills
- Training background preferred but not required
- Ability to provide constructive criticism
- Sales experience and/or customer service lead experience
- Experience with scheduling and workforce management
- Technologically savvy
- At least two years sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
