Responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by helping customers resolve any potential issues they might have. Assist the Accounting Support Manager in the development of the Accounting Support team and in making sure that the team meets all required metrics.
How you'll value:
- Team Management
- Conduct performance based 1x1 meetings with team members to assist with complicated customer issues, answer questions about the agent's tickets, and address any general questions related to software knowledge or team policies and procedures
- Complete weekly quality assurance assessments for all assigned team members
- Act as first point of contact for escalations (technical and customer) from assigned team members
- Help Accounting Support Manager train and mentor new team members
- Ensure that assigned team members meet individual performance goals established by Support Management
- Participate in hiring process for the Accounting Support Team
- Assist Sr. Support Manager in correct action conversation
- Provide Sr. Support Manager with feedback and input on Accounting Support strategies, initiatives and goals
- Enterprise Support
- Serve as the dedicated Support contact for assigned Enterprise and Strategic customers
- Assist the management team in the development and implementation of Enterprise and Tiered Support Models
