A day in the life

  • Lead a team of Client Partners in conjunction with managing a portfolio of client relationships
  • Be both a player and a coach. Directly manage clients and be hands on while leading a team. 
  • Report to the Sr. Director of Client Services, responsible for team-wide retention and happiness metrics
  • Facilitates post-mortems to identify process optimization opportunities, improve sales positioning of services, and overall project management gaps that may exist.
  • Contributes to the client's growth and lead conversion strategy
  • Aiding or directly accountable for SOWs, tracking and reporting project deliverables, and managing schedules
  • Defining milestones for success in conjunction with the client and internal teams
  • Identifying, leading, and facilitating expansion discussions
  • Maintaining a 90% client renewal rate
  • Contributing to the success of Professional Services CSAT/KPIs
  • Collaborating with globally dispersed teams
  • Understanding of how the Professional Services group prioritizes margin, capacity, and revenue to drive Postclick business results
  • Has the ability to make decisions and take actions in the face of demanding client situations
  • Help the team transition from an agency delivery model to a tech enabled service model.
  • Have the ability to sell the value of new platform features while engaging, educating, and setting up your team to harness those features within client engagements. 
  • Be nimble and open minded to changes in the business that may impact our go to market strategy. In time, help drive those ideas and new ways of innovating what we do. 

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you need:

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-9 years of relevant experience
  • 2-3 years team management experience
  • Previous experience consulting or managing digital advertising strategy
  • Previous experience in project management and agency environment
  • Design, Implementation, and Strategic Agency experience (asset)
  • Expert communications and relationship management experience
  • Familiarity with PSA, PM, and business management tools (asset)
  • SaaS or relevant tech sector experience

Location

We are growing the Austin location to about 50 employees by the end of this year and we are looking for a brand-new office space in central Austin.
