Ascension is hiring an Associate Vice President Ascension Care Management.
What You Will Do
Build system-wide center of excellence for clinical operations to provide high quality, cost effective services. Oversee clinical operations across assigned areas to ensure meeting performance metrics and other quality initiatives.

• Monitor and partner cross functionally to develop capabilities that integrate with evolving care models and needs of the members of the community we serve.
• Develop and align strategies and initiatives from data analytics, trends and other findings that drive performance and goal achievement, keeping alignment with and influencing ministry leaders.
• Assess and optimize revenue opportunities that drive performance in clinical operations, including creating new programs that support these objectives.
• Foster a culture of appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity and equity to drive the associate experience.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Required Credential(s):• None required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

• 7 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
