FLASH is seeking a Billing Operation Manager reporting to VP of Finance, who will manage recurring daily, weekly, and monthly billing-related activities in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring appropriate financial controls and compliance with local GAAP. This person will be detail-oriented, and dedicated, and embrace the challenges a fast-growing organization brings.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for defining and documenting and optimizing overall billing processes for Flashparking as well as applicable subsidiaries.
• Supervising billing team, including training and mentoring staff
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of new customer setup
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of Sales Order creation for all closed Salesforce opportunities
• Ensure that the sales order go live status field in NetSuite is accurate and updated in real-time
• Prepare Unbilled Revenue Accrual for legacy balances
• Reconcile multiple balance sheet accounts but not limited to accounts receivable, unbilled revenue, and customer deposits account
• Ensure completeness of all monthly invoices, including obtaining and storing documentation of project completion
• Reviewing, investigating, and correcting errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field a plus
• Minimum 1 year experience in people management, including mentoring and training required
• At least 3+ years of related experience required and 1+ year in a management role
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Order Entry and Billing required
• Experience with NetSuite 
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
