We're seeking a passionate and skilled Biosensor Launch Manager to work within our growing NYC team at our dynamic, rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing multi-channel new product launches and will be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment. The Biosensor Launch Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful commercialization of One Drop’s first proprietary device. This role is responsible for ensuring biosensor launch readiness by ensuring cross-functional alignment, communication, and execution. This role will work closely across our commercial channels, marketing, product, regulatory, and device development teams. This role will report to the Biosensor Commercial VP.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Managing all elements of the launch, including the execution of go-to-market strategy, regulatory requirements, product readiness, and organizational readiness
• Developing and applying a launch process, integrating including inputs, timelines and key deliverables from cross-functional teams, that can be replicated for future device launch cycles
• Establishing launch targets, monitoring and analyzing post-launch performance, and Implementing a continuous improvement mindset to increase product uptake and organizational efficiency

You’ll bring:

• Previous product launch experience, preferably of an FDA regulated device
• >5 years experience and demonstrated success in project management
• A combination of marketing skills, project/program management capabilities, and product understanding
• Demonstrated ability to execute in a matrixed environment, with robust stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills
