Responsibilities

-Strategy: Design scalable systems and organizational structures to support Wheel’s rapid growth and ensure the highest quality of execution

-Planning: Partner with Wheel’s leadership team on annual business planning, KPI setting and OKR tracking

-Analysis: Proficient in SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets (for complex modeling) and PowerPoint skills to conduct quick and high quality analysis and presentations

-Business Intelligence: Ability to leverage technical background and prior experience in use of data and systems (e.g., databases, data warehouses and business intelligence tools) to help frame and conduct analyses required to deliver data driven decision-making

-Reporting: Collaborating with leaders across the company to identify key metrics, build dashboards, and recommend actions to drive growth and efficiency. 

Qualifications

-4+ Years of Experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Analytics, or FinanceHighly analytical with outstanding

-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related degree

-Data Skills - Proficient in SQL, Business Intelligence tools, and Excel/Google Sheets

-Adaptable self-starter comfortable working in a startup where things move at lightning speed

-Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail

-Experience managing, mentoring, and growing a team is a plus

-Located in Austin preferred, but not required
