Business Systems Administrator

Workrise is looking for a talented Business Systems Administrator to assist us in providing support for our software applications. As one of our administrators, you will be working with our business systems team to configure systems to meet business objectives, troubleshoot issues, update documentation, and maintain our user access across an array of platforms.
To ensure success at Workrise, you’ll need to be a team player as you’ll be supporting many cross functional departments. Communication is key! What you’ll be doing:
- Work with Sr Admins and Program Managers to solution for and implement 3rd party systems strategy
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Supervise and provide end-user services, including help desk and technical support services
- Ensure security through access controls and system upgrades
- Develop expertise to partner with our Enablement Team to assist in training staff on new technologies
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
- Assisting in test case/ticket execution
- Participating in team demos and retrospectives to provide feedback, make changes, and improve our overall quality of work
What you should have:
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
- In lieu of a BA/BS, 3+ years of work experience administering Support and Communications platforms
- Familiarity with the administration and maintenance of various operating systems and platforms such as Zendesk, Dialpad, Jira, Confluence, Showpad, Twilio
- Experience with databases and data management systems
- Knowledge of Zendesk as well as other Support and Communication platforms
- Experience implementing IVR for both Support teams and other functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
