The fastest-growing High School sport in America isn’t basketball or football—it’s esports—and PlayVS is the official platform for High School esports. We offer an incredible, full-stack esport platform—game integrations, team building tools, leagues, tournaments, and schedules—and our software products tie everything together into a cohesive experience.

The scholastic partnerships team manages our external national and state scholastic partnerships. As a scholastic partnerships associate, you will help support daily operations of several existing key relationships and onboarding of new partners. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and project manager with strong relationship building skills that can help maximize the effectiveness of our strategic partnerships. 

Here's What You'll Get To Do:

• Drive day-to-day interaction with several high touch scholastic partners with ability to develop strong and trusted relationships 

• Work cross functionally with marketing, league operations, product, finance and sales to support execution of partner requests 

• Employ strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills to help develop customized partner strategies to maximize growth 

• Partner with marketing to develop materials to maximize partner channel engagement and generate leads 

• Research and evaluate new scholastic partnership opportunities aligned to our larger goals

Here's What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a high paced environment (management consulting, Investment Banking, high-growth startups, or similar)

• Ability to manage multiple work streams and handle pressure in a high-growth environment, while having a keen eye for detail

• A creative thinker with the ability to maximize partnership effectiveness 

• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships with key business partners

• Exceptional communication, project management and organizational skills

• A “get it done” attitude with a bias toward action

• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and continuously evolving environment

• Prior strategic partnerships or partnership marketing experience is a plus

• Some travel required
