Client Onboarding Specialist
The Client Onboarding team is at the core of RigUp’s business model. Our team leads the charge by building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with Clients and internal stakeholders to create a better Client onboarding experience. Our team’s Northstar is to partner with our Clients to provide an efficient and accurate integration, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the tools to power the world. What You'll Be Working On
- Conduct a smooth Client onboarding experience and help RigUp Clients of varied skill levels become successful users fully leveraging our platform
- Be a vital stakeholder in the integration process for all acquired entities and their Clients onto the RigUp platform
- Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional stakeholders to provide Clients with an industry-leading onboarding experience
- Proactively highlight cross-functional gaps and provide strategic solutions
- Mitigate risk by communicating clearly and quickly escalating internally
- Gather product/process feedback from Clients to take back to the Product team for new features and capabilities
- Create and manage documentation materials for internal stakeholders and Clients (onboarding documentation, videos, user training, etc)
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years experience in a Client-facing implementation/onboarding role
- 2-3 years customer support background experience
- 1-2 years experience leading projects
- Experience handling mergers and acquisitions
- Able to see a process through a wide-angle lense to understand how the flow of information travels through the organization
- Stakeholder Management Skills - Establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders; understand their expectations and manage their expectations through changes
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in RigUp's Northstar
- Adaptable with the ability to pick up new technologies, assess situations quickly, and look for smarter, better ways to achieve goals
- Able to prioritize a multitude of tasks across different strategic organizations
- Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
- Process-oriented
- Low ego
- Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Office/Google apps
- You are a team player, and will prioritize business objectives over personal goals
