Client Success Manager, Associate
THIS POSITION IS WORK FROM HOME UNTIL AT LEAST SEPTEMBER 2021
The Agent Success team coaches real estate agents and brokers on how to best utilize the managed service platform from claiming leads all the way through closing transactions. We utilize internal databases, proprietary software, and the Ready Connect Concierge app to provide market research and analysis for real estate agents across the nation to help maximize efficiencies and convert online leads at the industry’s highest rate. We work closely with client specialists and broker support teams, along with accounting, analytics, and quality assurance to ensure our client remains the north star of realtor.com. From lead to close, we are here to help agents utilize our data driven success model to help more people realize their home-buying dreams!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with agents through assistance and coaching on completing required activities while maintaining best practices.
- Improve close rate of leads and transactions by gathering data necessary to track and facilitate close activity.
- Daily responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls, text message communications, and meeting key performance indicator goals.
- Assure a continual progression through the Pipeline of leads and transactions to improve financial return.
