The Clinical Operations team empowers patients with their medical information by leveraging a suite of proprietary data extraction software to generate structured clinical exports for Ciitizen users. Ciitizen is seeking individuals with expertise in the diagnosis and management of genetic neurodevelopmental disorders, including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and genetic counselors. The successful candidate will generate high quality data extracted from unstructured medical records using Ciitizen’s proprietary software.

 What you will do:

  • Develop expertise in clinical data extraction and the evaluation of clinical data using Ciitizen software
  • Apply critical thinking and clinical expertise to identify errors in medical documentation
  • Meet expectations for quality and efficiency

Who you are:

  • Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Genetic Counselor in good standing
  • Clinical Research Assistants or Coordinators will also be considered 
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (pediatrics, neurology, genetics) 
  • Detail-oriented and attentive, a self-starter with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable and familiar with chart review
  • Confident and comfortable using software (including beta products)
