Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Configuration Specialist

What You'll Do

• Work with business associates and software development teams to build, test, and maintain the most optimal IVRs for world class customer experiences in our Twilio ecosystem.
• Update and manage both inbound and outbound call routing strategies.
• Troubleshoot call routing issues and develop real-time solutions to minimize any negative impact on sales center operations.
• Have a passion for telephony systems and phone customer experiences.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives and projects, including process, security, reliability, and scalability improvements.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience managing and troubleshooting inbound and outbound call routing systems or similar interactive software
• Knowledge of telephony platforms - Twilio preferred, others welcome.
• Experience configuring, administrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IVRs.
• Experience managing pools of telephone numbers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and creative problem solver.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
