Abrigo is seeking a Corporate Systems Administrator to join the Abrigo service desk team which provides IT support to internal customers of varying technical abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to deliver white glove service, timely resolution to IT issues and a strong focus on continuous process and personal improvement.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Deliver white glove service to internal customers of varying technical ability across multiple office locations both in person and via remote assistance technology
  • Monitor the Abrigo service desk ticketing system to address employee technology issues within the first 24 hours after they are submitted and provide updates to internal customer on the progress of issue resolution
  • Administer the Windows operating system patch management system to ensure critical patches are applied consistently and timely to all applicable devices
  • Administer the antivirus solution to ensure antivirus definitions are updated regularly for all devices and system scans are performed on schedule
  • Provision new user accounts within Azure Active Directory and traditional on-premise Active Directory
  • Diagnose office layer 1 LAN and WLAN connectivity issues and escalate to Network Operations as needed
  • Support internal customers using Microsoft Office 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
  • Perform moves, adds, and changes in Cisco, 8x8, and other VoIP solutions
  • Provision end user laptops and periodic refresh cycles leveraging WDS & MDT, Intune, or other imaging solution
  • Effectively translate technical concepts into easy to understand language to assist non-technical customers
  • Deliver on the technology requirements for meetings of all sizes across multiple locations

What You’ll Need: 

  • Strong ability and desire to perform troubleshooting on a variety of IT issues
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory
  • Candidates with Window Server, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, A+, Network+, or similar certifications are preferred
  • 1 year of experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration, Active Directory or Microsoft Azure Active Directory administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a deliver a high level of customer service
  • Ability to follow defined Information Technology and Information Security standard operating procedures
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to take ownership of a task or issue
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with a diverse user base
  • Ability to document issue resolution and maintain working documentation as needed
  • Ability to work extended and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on an occasional basis
  • Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds of weight
  • Desire to learn and continually improve their skillset
