ABOUT THIS POSITION

A technically savvy, data-driven marketer with experience in growth techniques, testing structure and using marketing technologies. Passionate and relentlessly focused on conversion optimization for scalable revenue growth with a track record of consistently exceeding goals and managing a team. This role will help drive many key top of funnel and mid-funnel CRO initiatives, including executing conversion strategies, A/B testing and improvements to meet and exceed business revenue goals.

ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM

The Aceable Marketing Team is a talented group of digital and performance marketers with expertise in search, revenue optimization, marketing analytics, and product marketing.  We are data-driven, collaborative, and love being a major contributor to the growth of Aceable. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage a team of cross functional assets including UX, Dev/Engineering, Marketing and BI as they execute various concurrent and ongoing CRO projects across the core Aceable websites
  • Launch A/B tests with strong hypotheses to significantly increase conversion rate and engagement metrics
  • Create and manage site optimization initiatives and priorities across several verticals and product line
  • Hypothesize, prioritize, design and build.  You’ll own the on-page testing process for the marketing team
  • Analyze data, heat maps, recordings, and qualitative data to guide all decision making.
  • Work quickly but with confidence to generate conversion wins
  • Coordinate projects across multiple teams and verticals

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 2+ years of experience as a Manager leading performance reviews and career growth
  • 5+ years of professional experience in web design and/or AB testing 
  • Proven experience in driving significant revenue gains through better UX, design, copy
  • Expert problem solver, strong judgement, and deep understanding of consumer behavior
  • Power user of AB testing platforms such as Optimizely, Visual Web Optimizer, or Google Optimize
  • 3+ years hands on web analytics experience, and strong understanding of statistics, statistical significance, power, etc.  
  • Strong communication skills
  • Expert level HTML, CSS, JQuery
  • Ability to self-prioritize work given many competing priorities.  Strong ability to prioritize highest value tests
