Customer Development Manager
InCloudCounsel is seeking a Customer Development Manager to join our rapidly growing company. InCloudCounsel modernizes legal processes, globally, for many of the world's leading companies. We offer scalable, end-to-end solutions for processing routine contracts and abstracting complex documents by pairing our worldwide network of experienced lawyers with AI-enabled software. We also offer the first purpose-built software tool designed to help funds manage their obligations.
The Customer Development Manager will be a key player on the Account Management team and will focus on supporting and scaling the Account Management function at InCloudCounsel. The Customer Development Manager will play a leading role in helping the Account Management team grow within its largest accounts and will be a critical contributor to the operational and strategic initiatives of the Account Management department. The Customer Development Manager will also have the opportunity to work cross functionally with the Marketing and Legal Partnership teams.
The Customer Development Manager will report directly to the Director of Account Strategy & Operations of InCloudCounsel, and the package includes a competitive base salary, equity, and full benefits. The company has offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, London, and Hong Kong.* We are open to great candidates in any location across the U.S.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Process Design: work with our Director of Account Strategy & Operations and account managers to create upsell processes and strategies for further penetrating the Company’s largest accounts
- Marketing: work with account managers, sales and marketing on outreach campaigns based on customer activity
- Analytics: assist with data analysis to inform strategic decisions including pricing and margin improvements

- Diligence and attention to detail: effective project management and consistent delivery of timely, high-quality work
- Process-oriented: enjoys designing, refining, and executing complex processes
- Interpersonal skills: enjoys working with and talking to people, collaborating, and building relationships
- Self-directed: an ability to manage yourself with little oversight or direction
