ABOUT THIS POSITION
Aceable is in need of full-time Customer Operations Specialist to support one of the most important processes of our day-to-day operations. Every day at Aceable, we mail out Drivers Ed and Defensive Driving certificates to students across the US, empowering them to get their licenses and pursue their dreams. ABOUT ACEABLE
Aceable (composed of Aceable.com and AceableAgent.com) is a mobile education platform that focuses on creating affordable, engaging, and convenient educational content across all devices. Built by former teachers, NASA engineers and those passionate about education, the Austin-based team is obsessed with helping people with life’s certification challenges. After launching its first mobile app to provide accredited driver’s ed courses, Aceable is now expanding into other verticals for required education, including real estate continuing education. To date, Aceable touts more than 400,000 users and counting, as it continues to expand nationwide.
ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM
We are a curious bunch who love to find effective solutions to challenges. Although we are based in Austin, we also have a fabulous team of two working out of Concord, CA with whom you will be collaborating closely. You will help us deliver certificates to students across 7 states and help them get their Drivers License. Come join us!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Process customer certificates ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Scale existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow
- Manage efficiency. Always be looking for a better, faster, less expensive way to deliver a stellar product to our customers
- Support the larger Customer Experience team, helping with various projects as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Organizational skills; detail and quality-oriented
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment with hard deadlines daily
- Be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by doing
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft products
- An eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Availability to work on Saturdays
