Customer Success Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

And if you can get a loan with a low credit score, you’re very likely to pay a lot more in interest over the life of that loan.

About the role:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be supporting Self’s community in reaching their financial and credit goals. You will assist in resolving customer challenges through all of the necessary administrative assistant, back-office and clerical type of responsibilities. You may have some direct communication via email with customers following up on financial documents. You will work closely with the Customer Success team and leadership to shape Self by providing feedback and developing ideas for improvement. You will work in a highly collaborative yet autonomous environment - where we celebrate our customer's successes and thrive on reaching our own internal goals!

Activities and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure top customer satisfaction by handling all administrative assistant, back-office and clerical needs by resolving issues and finding quick, viable solutions for tasks such as mail processing, check printing, check reconciliation, paper document handling and other tasks as assigned.
- Turn distressed customers/situations into opportunities to delight our customers through exceptional back-office handling and communication skills with a positive attitude
- Deliver results in a timely manner
- Thrive with the support of your teammates in daily/weekly meetings and fun team challenges
What you will need...
- Enthusiastic and “self-starter” approach. Ability to work with little direction and carry out tasks to completion.
- Experience solving problems in a customer-facing environment, and providing consistent support
- Brings high energy and interest to customer inquiries and remains calm and respectful
- A process driven mindset; you can identify issues of all kinds and offer solid solutions
- Strong written, verbal, and organization skills
- Comfortable working in an office environment practicing social distancing during COVID.
- Availability to work afternoons 5 days a week (Monday-Friday until 6 pm ideally) and minimum of 20 hours (24 hours preferred).
