About your role

The Juniper Square Customer Success Analyst Team solves complicated problems, answers questions and is a trusted partner to our private equity customers. This team serves as the eyes and ears of Juniper Square, acting as the real-time voice of the customer to help communicate their needs and real-world use cases back to the rest of the company - for better service and future product development. The Customer Success Analyst team partners closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction, growth and retention.

What you'll do

  • Manage a queue of inbound questions via phone and email to foster long-term partnerships with our customers
  • Build knowledge of our evolving product and be ready to work with customers across a variety of product questions
  • Identify and implement creative solutions for our customers
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to drive product adoption, satisfaction and value creation for our customers
  • Drive and contribute to programs to ensure customer feedback is shared with product and engineering
  • Work proactively to solve external and internal challenges
  • Lead strategic internal projects to help our team grow

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with presenting to senior executives and ability to change communication style based on the audience
  • High empathy for customers and passion for helping others
  • Strong project-management skills, including great attention to detail and ability to juggle working on multiple projects at once
  • Interest in new technologies
  • Diplomacy and grace under pressure
  • Ability to travel for customer in-person visits
  • B.A.or B.S. degree
