As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful onboarding of veterinary clinics to TeleVet Flow! You will help clinics to simplify and streamline their processes using TeleVet as their all-in-one workflow and communications system. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, customer success, and engineering to deliver a world-class customer experience focused on the unique needs of the practices you work with.

• Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers
• Lead comprehensive, customized training for platform end-users (vets, technicians, reception teams, and more!)
• Balance onboardings for a variety of different clinic types at once - show off your amazing organization and time management skills!
• Consult customers on their setup, and share best practices to help them get the most value from the platform
• Collaborate with the engineering and development team to set up or configure our software platform to meet customer requirements and 
• Travel to clinics across the country to deliver a customer-centric, in-person onboarding experience (~50-70% travel expected!)
• Closely monitor clinic engagement, usage, and happiness before, during, and after a customer’s set “Go-Live” date
• Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing, and sales process

Who You Are

Aside from being amazing, the following requirements will set you up to compete for this role.

• 2+ years implementation or technical customer success experience in a SaaS or software company
• Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
• Project management experience
• Experience working with SalesForce and Zoom 
• Have, or be willing to learn basic technical skills in HTML, javascript, css, and connecting to APIs to confidently discuss technical terms
• Be adaptable and willing to experiment/learn as we develop new products and processes
