Customer Success Manager

Our customers are dynamic companies with 50-5,000 employees in diverse industries. Pingboard helps them work and plan better, together.
Our sales engine has built an impressive list of clients that love our products. Now, we’re looking to hire our first Customer Success Managers to continue to engage with customers, navigate their journey with Pingboard and help maximize their relationship with our products.
This position is located in beautiful Austin, Texas or, if you’re an experienced remote professional, wherever in the U.S. you call home. Pingboard is committed to building an inclusive team with diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
You’re excited about this role because you’ll:
Manage a portfolio of accounts and own the customer relationship post-sale
Be eager to become a product expert and passionate about helping customers get the most out of it
Identify and close up-sell opportunities to ensure customers are using Pingboard to the fullest capacity
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer retention
Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization
Help define process and metrics for this new department, iterating and serving as a thought partner with senior leaders
Collaborate with teams across the organization to solve customer issues and find new ways to grow your portfolio of accounts
We’re excited about you because you:
Have 3+ years in a customer success role, account management or strategic consulting organization. B2B SaaS experience is a benefit
Have strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
Have a successful track record of consistently driving product engagement, customer satisfaction score/NPS and customer lifetime value
Thrive in an environment where change is constant and you have a major voice in important business decisions
Superior written and verbal communication, able to articulate product and business concepts in a crisp and cogent voice
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
