As a member of the Customer Success Team, you will be the face of Vyopta to our Fortune 500 customers. We’re looking for a customer success star who can own the entire post-sales customer relationships with a portfolio of customers. This includes onboarding, ongoing retention through regular interaction and health monitoring, and increasing the value of the relationship to the business and the customer. Through calls, email conversations and training sessions with customers, you’ll build strong relationships that persist through the lifecycle of the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboard customers and delivering a fast time to first value
  • Grow user adoption of the Vyopta product features to deliver increasing value to the customer and grow lifetime customer value for the business. 
  • Proactively engage customers with issues or that are at risk
  • Serve as an advocate for customer needs across all of Vyopta 
  • Provide advice and assistance to internal Vyopta employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
  • Assist with the establishment and tuning of world-class customer success processes and tools across the entire customer success team. 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 1-5 years previous experience in a SaaS Customer Success Management role preferably in a startup environment.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and empathy in understanding the customer’s requirements.
  • Solid project management experience
  • Proven ability in customer success process design and improvement
  • Prior experience in technical support or system administration
  • UC and Collaboration experience (Cisco and/or Microsoft) is a major plus, but the ability to quickly and deeply learn highly complex technologies may substitute for that. 
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team. 
  • Must be a self-starter who thrives on continuous improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We are located off South 360, on the beautiful Barton Creek Greenbelt in south Austin.
