About the Position
Our growing team is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success
Representative team member who is ready to help support our growing business.
The Customer Success Team is crucial to ensuring the daily operations and
business of ListingSpark’s services are a success. Customer Success
Representatives are our experts at setting our customers on the best path to
ensure their property sells. This position is a customer facing role that supports
post-sale efforts. We walk clients through all the steps of the process in selling
their home by using our platform. We’re a team of high-achieving, detail-oriented
problem solvers who come to work every day excited to make our customer’s
lives a little less complicated.
We also collaborate with other teams within ListingSpark to better understand our
customer’s needs and ensure they receive seamless service. In short, we’re a
fast-moving team of hardworking individuals with an unparalleled passion for
helping our clients. We strive to provide the best experience possible when selling
their home and can help save them a ton of money in the process.


The Ideal Candidate
The ideal person who will excel in this position will have a sense of urgency to
complete tasks ahead of schedule, is always willing to help, has a great phone
personality, is reasonably tech-savvy, and will hit the ground running on Day 1!
This person will also be flexible as this role is ever evolving with the needs of the
business. Expert communication and listening skills are a must for this exciting
and rewarding position which is often the “face” of the company to the clients. By
listening effectively to find the root cause of issues, and communicating in a clear
and friendly way, the Customer Success Representative team member will be
able to solve the issue and provide a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
● Minimum of 1 year in a customer success role
● Interest in building relationships with clients
● Strong written and verbal communication, listening, presentation, and
interpersonal skills
● Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with clients
● Serve as a product expert to facilitate customer training, support, and best
practice education
● Work with clients and internal staff to resolve customer concerns
● Excellent organization and time management skills
● Ability to effectively multi-task
● Excellent time-management
● Licensed Realtor in the State of Texas is a plus but not a must.
● Must be available to work some weekends
