From the team that built and introduced CHIVE TV to thousands of businesses and homes worldwide, Atmosphere includes a variety of contoured audio-optional channels, updated regularly. While CHIVE TV remains a flagship channel, new channels such as Happy TV, Alpine TV, Motiv8 and many more have been curated to fit any vibe and integrate seamlessly into any environment, from bars and gyms to offices and waiting rooms.
Atmosphere is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team! Do you find yourself drawn to the Atmosphere app whenever you see it playing? Do you love helping people? Do you remain cool under pressure? Are you the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone at a party? This CSR will support our business customers by providing technical support, answering general questions, and responding to all customer communication. This positive, solutions-oriented individual will help Atmosphere expand its footprint into thousands of new establishments by being the front-line to this revenue-driving, entertaining business solution we call Atmosphere.
Job Description:
  • Answer phone calls, chats, and support tickets promptly
  • Respond to and resolve customer questions and complaints, and escalate to appropriate internal teams as necessary
  • Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes
  • Manage fulfillment for all Atmosphere requests
  • Maintain Atmosphere usage rates at or above 95%
  • Proactively conduct regular business outreach (via phone and email) to improve usage rates and shorten on-boarding periods
  • Resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling for sales team transfers
  • Perform web-based software demos occasionally
  • Work closely and cooperatively with other internal teams, including sales, editorial, product, and finance
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Evening and weekend availability a must
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Attention to detail, positive attitude, proactive nature, and flexibility to learn on the fly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Multilingual fluency is a huge plus
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
