* Experience working with CRM and other customer support tools.
* Provide omni-channel support to our customers in a pleasant and efficient manner.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Strong sales track record and exceptional sales techniques.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Deal with escalations from support team.
* A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

* 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales
* Bachelor's degree
* Strong technical aptitude
* Proficiency working with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Start up grit and can adapt to changes quickly

Nice to haves:
