Customer Support Specialist
Our Operations Team is the heart and soul of our business. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a subject-matter expert of all things RigUp. If you have a desire to help others, an interest in technology, and a passion to make the customer service experience a bit more human, this could be the right opportunity for you! You will be responsible for fielding support in-bounds and maintaining day-to-day platform operations. You will represent RigUp to our existing customers with the goal of helping build/grow relationships with users, promote the use of software adoption, and enable an efficient business.
What You'll Be Working On
- Field user support inbound via calls, emails, and live chat support
- Lead onboarding and implementation with our growing user base
- Contributing feedback, ideas, and deliverables to the product development process
- Help RigUp's platform customers of varied skill levels become successful users, fully leveraging our platform
- Practice effective, excellent communication both internally and customer-facing
- Interact cross-departmentally to ensure efficient and successful operations
- Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care
- Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 0-3 years of customer service/support experience, preferably in technology
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
- Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
- Additional preference if you've worked in a SaaS operations role
- Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred
- Consistent overachievement of goals
- You have a desire, even an obsession, with customer experience and helping users see real value in our offering
- You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it
