Customer Support Specialist
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Creatively troubleshoot and solve customer issues in a timely manner with a positive attitude
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service providers to create the perfect customer experience
Advocate customer needs internally to continuously improve the customer experience
Find innovative ways to enhance operations at Eden that help us better serve our customers
Think creatively about how to consistently surprise and delight customer offices
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
B.A. or B.S. strongly preferred
0-1 years of customer-facing work experience
Demonstrate extremely high emotional intelligence and empathy
Passion for solving problems
Extremely proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills and process orientation
Ability to thrive, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced team environment
