QuinStreet is seeking a Desktop Support Manager to join our IT and Operations Team onsite in our downtown Austin office. This role provides hands-on and remote technical support for a range of PC, Mac, tech equipment, peripheral, and telephony. Although this position will not have direct reports, they will be the face of the IT Ops team for the Austin office.
Responsibilities
- Provide full desktop service to client base end users in local offices (in person and remotely)
- Maintenance and problem solving with respect to workstations and desktop applications
- Provide feedback on work in progress
- Ability to work with individuals with a wide range of computer skills, specifically when communicating technical information
- Ability to provide support for mid to large enterprise level organizations
- Other duties/tasks as assigned
- Hands on Support for networking team as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
- Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Practical knowledge of Remote Desktop or other remote assistance programs
- Hands on experience Supporting and troubleshooting MAC OS
- Experience Supporting Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2010/2013/365
- Experience working with smart phones and tablets such as iPhones, iPads and Droids
- Experience Supporting Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of G-suite Products and Slack
- Experience with Jamf Suite
