Position Summary

Digital Foundations Renewals Managers have tremendous influence and exposure across our organization, ecosystem (Solution and Technology Partners), and customer community.

We are seeking the next license renewal champion for our Digital Foundations technology stack – Adobe Experience Manager (including Sites, Assets, and Forms), Analytics, and Target. Segmented by key geographic regions within the Americas (US, Canada, and LATM), you will be assigned a portfolio with a mix of SMB to Enterprise customers with the focus of retaining all of your base, growing relationships, and improving client value; you must be a consultant that has a passion to discover, qualify, negotiate, and see renewals through completion until payment's in the door. Renewals Managers are a part of Commercial Customer Success and work cross functionally between other CS teams, legal, sales ops, finance, marketing, channel, support, executives, etc. Your primary measure of success is based upon defined renewal rates for the accounts within your portfolio.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Sustain high levels of client retention during contract renewals
  • Negotiate commercials, prices, redlines, etc. with senior executives across varying organizations and industry verticals
  • Drive memorable and delightful customer experiences
  • Keep a clean house and maintain accurate/current information across systems
  • Promote merchant health
  • Grow opportunities and increase value throughout our renewal lifecycle

Requirements

  • Enterprise B2B renewal management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Cross sell / upsell expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Things that will impress us

  • Enterprise Software account management experience
  • Contract renewals or customer success background
  • Value-based selling certification (or similar)
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics & Target
  • Multi-lingual (Spanish)
