We are actively recruiting across roles in the US and beyond. This role is in Austin/DC and ideally hybrid/remote approximately early 2022 when CDC guidelines are favorable.
Currently we are a remote workforce and have equipped our teams with the technology to stay connected to each other and as close to our customers as possible.

- Run the systems integration workstream for the landmark merger between Social Solutions, EveryAction, and CyberGrants. The largest transaction in the Nonprofit and Social Good Technology space in history.
- Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's business systems with a focus on integration, automation, and agile workflows to support the growing needs of the business
- Create scalable data models that focus on completeness, accuracy, and recency of our customer data across all integrated systems
- Develop a strategic systems roadmap to match future company objective
- Lead our Systems Admin team, supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Business Systems, such as Salesforce, Intacct, Marketo, Zuora and integrations with other internal systems and applications such as Outreach, Gainsight, Zendesk, FinancialForce etc.
- Build trusted relationships with our vendors and develop a procurement process to secure the best licensing terms possible
- Develop, select, and conduct user training on an as-needed basis to maximize adoption and internal user satisfaction
- 10+ years experience in SaaS/information technology managing Business applications, with at least 2 years managing people, preferably as a Director
- A business-savvy, autonomous, self-motivated leader with aspirations to build and develop a frictionless systems experience
- Deep experience in the evaluation, implementation and maintenance of integrated business systems and processes
- Proven experience partnering with business system vendors on system implementations and maximizing value, as well as collaborating with departmental domain experts toward successful implementation and adoption
- Experience with our core technologies is a plus (Salesforce, Intacct, Gainsight, Financial Force, Outreach, Marketo)
- Experience with a publicly traded company a plus
- Experience with SaaS, or software business models a plus
- Experienced with M&A integration in a fast paced environment required
- Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills (C Suite to IC)
- Experience in leading inter-organization change to increase efficiency by the implementation of technology
- Agile DNA, combined with a bias for action
