• Strong business acumen, track record of optimizing investment economics
• Loves diversity, both in the size / scope of projects and in the role played on projects
• Process wizard. High level of discipline regarding the project process
• Extreme ownership and strong fiduciary sense

Things to do:

• Execute DD’s on behalf of the acquisition team,  minimize capex surprises
• Small jobs - act as GC, manage subs directly.
• Large jobs - be Owners Rep, drive competitive and predictable cost/schedule
• Apply business judgement, find ways to optimize project returns through construction
