Procore is looking for a Director, Global Partner Integrations to collaborate with the Product & Technology team to improve our integrations and the customer experience. 

As the Director, Global Partner Integrations, you will oversee our team of Partner Integration Managers’ efforts to support key software partners’ integrations, establishing deep technical integrations and setting clear expectations for business performance. In this role, you will gain first-hand knowledge about cloud software ecosystems (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) and industry trends that will enable you to build partnership business cases and execute on making them successful. You will coordinate across Procore’s Product & Technology and Revenue teams to drive meaningful solutions that will be widely adopted by our customers, delivering increased value to the Procore platform. The Director Global Partner Integrations will help build a thriving ecosystem of partners, consultants, and system integrators to delight our customers and solve their needs. 

This position reports into Sr. Director, App Marketplace and will be based remotely or in one of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Work with the Marketplace Team to establish integration strategy, enhance developer documentation, and prioritize globally scaling our integrations in the Procore App Marketplace

• Lead a team of Integration Managers to better guide them in supporting integrations critical to their audience and/or geography

• Be the voice of the developer and customer to our product owners in order to improve to better support our partners’ integration workflows and value while serving as the technical and industry expert with partners and internal teams to drive the Procore platform strategy

• Demonstrate the Procore platform and drive quality integrations with our partners that ensure wide adoption and usage by our clients

• Develop and support technical partnerships across the Procore platform through the entire development lifecycle

• Establish a deep understanding of customer needs in the construction vertical and leverage those insights to champion partner integrations with our technologies for maximum partner and customer success

• Ensure documentation and best practices are created to help partners launch and grow their business using the Procore platform and ensure a best-in-class experience for our customers

• Evangelize the marketplace vision and strategy internally and externally to drive awareness and adoption

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 6+ years in project management, product management, or construction industry experience

• Experience with API integrations and technology partner ecosystems

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and Developer Tools

• Ability to create impactful presentations, and know-how and comfort of presenting to senior leadership in a concise and effective manner

• Experience leading a team of technology product or project managers

• Experience successfully managing and building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally with executives at partner organizations.

• Highly motivated “doer” that is naturally intellectually curious and passionate about integration strategy and solving customer requirements for interoperability across their tech stack

• Familiarity with ConTech landscape

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
